Players' Information
We ask players for their name, address, email, and phone number. Players must be 21 years old to play in any of our tournaments, whether it be at a venue or in a Quarterly Championship. None of the information that players provide is shared with anyone, except that players' names will appear on this website to show their rankings within their playing region. Periodically we may use players' email addresses to contact them about special offers or events that may be of interest to them. Players may opt out of these emails after receiving the first email and following the instructions to opt out. We will also use players' email addresses in order to contact them if they qualify for a Quarterly Championship. At our option, we may also use their mailing address or telephone number for contact purposes.

Players will be required to register at a Quarterly Championship by providing identification to prove that they are in fact invited to the event.

Venues' Information
We ask venues for a contact person, address, phone number, and email. The contact person's name and email are used only for business purposes between the venue and Nite Owl Poker. The restaurant's address and phone number will be provided on the website in order to promote Nite Owl Poker tournament sites.
