(December 6, 2011) — Team Championship and Other News!

In a tremendous achievement, Hamilton Manor Kaptain "Kid" Klimansky overcame a field of 64 players and took 1st Place in the 4th Nite Owl Team Championship held this past Sunday at the Lawrence Grill.

Oh yeah, and in other news, the Lawrence Grill team captured its third straight team championship at the event, once again having 3 players reach the Final Table and then coasting to ultimate victory. That's a "Three-Peat" for LG! Their names will be engraved on the Garden State Poker Cup™ (again!).

What a game it was! Congrats to the Lawrence Grill team and all the players at the Final Table. Here are the final results of the teams and the 8 players at the Final Table:

Dubb in the Driver's Seat at Lawrence Grill Wednesday Tourney!
Over the past few weeks we've had a special game at the Wednesday nite Grill Game. And with just a couple of weeks to go, John Dubb has won back to back weeks and amassed a chip stack of 10,500 chips. Greg Laws is 2nd and Kevin Hallam 3rd. A Fond Farewell to Tim and Emilia!
We've known Tim Horz and Emilia Pinheiro ever since we've been running the game at the Holiday Inn for over a year now. Tonite was their send off game as they move back to Germany. Good luck guys! Let us know when your stateside again!
